The NFL Alumni Association and the NFL Player Care Foundation (PCF) are proud to partner with one of the nation’s premier medical providers ‐ Tulane University School of Medicine ‐ to conduct its Healthy Body & Mind Screening program. (PCF) continues as a vital source for programs and financial assistance to help alumni improve their quality of life. The PCF was established in 2007 and the NFL Alumni Association is pleased to be an original member of its Board of Directors.

This FREE national screening program is open to all former NFL players and includes a series of confidential cardiovascular and prostate screenings and mental health resources and education.

The Healthy Body and Mind Screening program provides NFL alumni with free screenings for cardiovascular and prostate disease, as well as mental health education and awareness. The format allows players to socialize and re-connect as they did in the locker room, as they manage their health needs.

“The NFL Player Care Foundation has done a remarkable job with making these screenings available to thousands of former players across the country.  We are eager to team up and expand the reach of this program and continue helping NFL alumni with their health needs,” said Beasley Reece, NFLA  CEO.  “Our goal is to help improve the quality of life for former players through health and wellness programs, education advancement, financial resources and networking, and these screenings are an outstanding complement to our initiatives.”

Your participation in the Player Care Foundation screenings is entirely voluntary and
your results will be handled with strict confidentiality.
