45th Annual Celebrity Golf Classic- South Florida
The winning team will proudly represent our South Florida Chapter at the NFLA Super Bowl of Golf. This is a team scramble tournament and each foursome is paired w/a former NFL player. This is a handicap based tourna ment and all winners' indexes are subject to verification and only teams with verified indexes for the foursome will beeligible for first, second or third place prizes.

Your foursome could earn the right to compete in the Super Bowl of Golf against the winners from over 25 NFL Alumni tournaments around the country.
Your winning team will receive hotel accommodations, the golf package, particip ation in any Super Bowl of Golf related events, a gift bagand finally each player will receive up to $500 (per golfer) for transportation costs.
Any questions or concerns about handicaps/ indexes will beanswered by Howard Fabian. Anyone not having an index/handicap by tournament time will be classified as an a player.
DECISIONS OF THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE WILL BE BINDING/FINAL.
Registration - 11:30 a.m. Shotgun Start - 12:30 p.m.
Food & Awards for participants immediately following tournament.
