The NFL Alumni Association is pleased to partner with the Alzheimer’s Association on their Walk to End Alzheimer’s. To support the more than 6 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s disease, we are rallying around this cause that affects 1 in 3 people in the communities where you work and live. The NFL Alumni Association will be forming teams and raising funds for Walks across the country this year. The funds raised will help fight Alzheimer’s disease through vital research, advocacy efforts and essential support programs and services in your communities. Your team donations will play an important role in improving the lives of people living with Alzheimer’s, their families and caregivers.

Step 2: Click the ‘Start a Team’ button (or Join a Team if you know of the team you plan to register with)
Step 3: Search for your local Walk to End Alzheimer’s by entering your Zip Code and Select that Walk
Step 4: Follow the prompts to enter your information and officially register for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s
Step 5: Start inviting friends and family to join your team and the Alzheimer’s Association staff will be in touch!
