- WellCard Savings: All player and non-player Alumni members and your immediate family have access to a network of professionals who offer reduced rates at pharmacies, vision providers, hearing care specialists, imaging tests, and medical bill negotiating services. - Assistance With 2021 Health Insurance: You player-members are reminded that if you still need to buy 2021 health insurance you should call an NFL Customer Service Advocate for assistance at 800-NFL-GOAL (800-635-4625). The deadline to apply for 2021 health insurance under the Affordable Care Act is this December 15 or your coverage options may be limited.
