Doing Business With the NFL Alumni

The NFL Alumni, Inc. is a District of Columbia corporation headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The officers of the corporation are CEO George Martin, Secretary William Chip and Treasurer Don Fitzgerald. CEO George Martin is the only corporate officer who may execute a contract in the name of the NFL Alumni.

Members of the NFL Alumni may form themselves into unincorporated Chapters and may elect a Chapter President and other Chapter officers. Chapter officers are not officers or agents of the corporation and have no authority to sign a contract on behalf of the corporation or to license the NFL Alumni name and logo. The corporation is not bound by any contract signed by a Chapter officer unless it is co-signed by CEO George Martin.
